Our NAATI accredited Chinese translators provide Chinese to English as well as English to Chinese translation services. Jobs can be as small as a Chinese driver’s license translation for VicRoad, or as large as having a team checking the Free Trade Agreement between Australia and China.

Our areas of service cover legal, medical, business, new migrant settlement and ceremonies.

The bulk of our translation work is in the legal arena. This includes contracts translation and evidence translation such as Wechat screenshots, police reports, spread sheets for fraud investigations, insurance claims and transcription of audio materials.

Our NAATI accredited Mandarin & Cantonese interpreters also accompany clients to attend Police and ASIC interviews, meetings with solicitors and barristers, mediations and court hearings. We also interpret for witnesses in both criminal and civil proceedings.

We are impartial and abide by the interpreter’s code of conduct set by courts and our professional association AUSIT. We are familiar with legal terminologies and court processes, accurate and complete with our interpreting with the ability to rely on well drilled note taking skills and reproduce speeches faithfully. We are friendly and down to earth, able to give you cultural tips on how to build trust and work efficiently with your non-English speaking clients. On and off court conversations will be facilitated in a transparent and efficient manner as it will be with your English speaking clients.

Our interpreters assist with medical appointments onsite, over the phone, on Zoom, or via Wechat, depending on which way is time and cost efficient for our clients and the environment. We also assist with Workcover workers with their rehab appointments and back to work programs.

We are mindful of the impact of inaccurate translation in a medical setting, and therefore we research on our terminologies thoroughly to find the equivalents, and our translators have years of training and experience in medical translation, either as an in house hospital interpreter or having done health related courses.
